How to setup Yahoo! Mail as a email client to receive your pop3 emails

Logon to your Yahoo Email Account 

click "Options" then choose "Mail Options"

Click "Accounts "  then "Add or edit an account" 

Click "Add "

Enter your Account Name ( Any name that you prefer ) and Click "Continue"

Enter Name
Enter Email Address
then Click "Continue"

Enter your Mail Server
example: mail.yourcompany.com


Enter your Username
example: yourname@yourcompany.com   or     yourname

Enter your Password

(Please refer to your Email Service Provider for the exact Mail Server, Username and Password)




Click "Setup Mail Server"

Finally click "Send Verification" 

You will receive a email from Yahoo! Mail to your pop3 email to verify the pop3 email provided is valid.



Follow the Yahoo! Email Address Confirmation instructions:

1. Sign in to your Yahoo! Mail account

2. Click on the link provided by Yahoo OR  copy the link and paste it in your browser.

3. Follow the instructions on our site. If the instructions ask you for your Confirmation Code, enter the code provided.


Done

You will be able to receive your pop3 emails using your Yahoo! Mail account
